Thank you so much for supporting my small business! Each order is packed with care from my little studio in Japan. Please take a moment to read through our shipping details below

I am located in Utsunomiya city, Japan and ship worldwide using Japan Post. For domestic shipping, I ship through Japan post, Yamato Transport and Sagawa express.

All items on the shop except for notebooks and phone grips are handmade in my little studio Japan. 

🚚 Shipping Options

We offer these shipping methods for International orders:

1. EMS (Fastest delivery) Safe! Recommended plan

EMS is the fastest and recommended method. This type of shipping includes all the products in the shop. 

Please select this shipping method for all the products on the shop such as tumblers, glass cups, mug cups, and make up pouches. Also, please select these if your order items are more than 100  grams

2. International parcel Post 

This is the standard shipping which is cheaper than EMS but slower to arrive. It also includes all the products on the shop.

Please select this shipping method for products such as tumblers, glass cups, mug cups, and make up pouches. Also, please select these if your order items are more than 5. 

3. International ePacket Light (Tracking provided) Small Packets  

I wanted to offer a very affordable shipping option but due to the size limit, please chose this type of shipping method only for stationeries.

For stationeries only like bookmarks, stickers, birthday cards, notepads, planners, notebooks and letter sets. 

This service covers sending letters sets, birthday cards, stickers, notepads, small packets and any printed matters. It is (no more than 2 kg), and less expensive than Parcel post. 

Transport Method	The transport method is airmail. Strictly for stationeries only.
Delivery Time	Approximately 8 to 21 days depending on the country
Delivery Record	No signature is required on delivery. Delivery to a mailbox is noted as delivered in the tracking data.

 

🧵 Processing Time

All orders are handmade and packed with love! Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your order ships. (Weekends and holidays are not included.)

The delivery days shown at the check out is after the package has been recieved by Japan post office. 

• Delivery days shown are rough indications. The time required for customs clearance is not included.
• The number of days may change according to the transport, customs, and handling in the destination area. Please also note that the results cannot be shown for some countries where data on delivery days are unavailable.

📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery

Within Japan: Flat rate of ¥350 on small packets, ¥750 on parcel posts or free shipping for orders over ¥8,000.

International Shipping: Available to selected countries — shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Based on your chosen method and destination.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic (Japan): 1-3 business days after shipment

International: Usually 8–21 business days, depending on your country’s postal service and customs.

✉️ Tracking

All orders except the small packets include a tracking number. You’ll receive it by email once your package has been shipped. You can track the package onn Japan post website. Available in English.  

The tracking status can be checked using the Track & Trace Service at the website of Japan Post Co., Ltd.

Customs & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply. Delays caused by customs are unfortunately out of my control.

💔 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos if possible. I’ll do my best to help find a solution!

🏡 Address Changes

Please double-check your address before completing your order. I can’t be responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses.

To request an address change, please fill out a contact form with your name and order number. Please note that once your order is processed and shipped, I will not be able to make any adjustment or redirect it.

🧺 Cancellations

If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact me within 12 hours of purchase.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, I’m unfortunately unable to cancel it.

💌 Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are made and packed with care, I generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order (for example, the wrong item or a damaged product), please reach out within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos if possible — I’ll be happy to help find a solution!

🧵 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 5 days of receiving it. I’ll do my best to replace the item or offer a suitable solution.

📦 Return Shipping

If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.
